Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines:
- If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows or failure to pick up the rental vehicle without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
